What we do
At The EMOTIVE Lab, we believe that leadership is a personal and relational skill. It requires a deep understanding of oneself and others and how these aspects impact the workplace. Without this awareness, leaders risk projecting their blind spots onto their teams, causing psychological harm.
However, with a raised consciousness of self, leaders can inspire and embrace differences, creating a more sensitive and inclusive environment. In our Lab, we help you develop your leadership skills by utilizing "the effective use of self." This means using your own experiences and values as a tool to lead and drive change. By leading from a place of authenticity and genuineness while honoring the values and ethics of your organization, you can facilitate transformation in your work groups and teams. We believe that learning about oneself catalyzes growth and change, and we are here to support you in that journey.
